Wash and trim the strawberries and cut them in half. Squeeze the juice from the lemons.
In the bowl of a blender, put the strawberries, powdered sugar, fresh cream and lemon juice.
Blend for 2 to 3 minutes so that the mixture is smooth.
Pour the preparation into your flexible molds. Place in the freezer for 8 hours to cool. After 1 hour in the freezer, mix your ice cream with a fork to avoid the formation of crystals. Repeat this several times (about 6 times).
Serve the ice cream decorated with strawberries and a few mint leaves.
