Scary Mini Burgers For Halloween

Ingredients
 8 Mini burger buns
 400 g Minced meat
 4 Slices of emmental cheese
 1 Handful of lamb's lettuce leaves
 1 Small carrot
 Pickles
 Black pepper
 Ketchup
 Salt, pepper
How To Prepare

Peel the carrot and slice it into long slices a few millimeters thick. Cut out small triangles.

Slice a pickle into slices, and plant a black peppercorn in the center of 8 slices.

Cut both ends of the cheese slices into serrated edges.

Divide the meat into balls, flatten them by hand and fry them in a pan.

Toast the rolls cut in half.

On the bottom part of the bread, place a few spinach shoots and steak, then a slice of cheese, leaving the teeth protruding. Sprinkle with ketchup to imitate blood drips, then close the roll.

Plant two slices of pickle on top for the eyes, two carrot triangles just behind for the horns.
