 100 g Pumpkin seeds

Carefully remove any remaining filaments and pieces of flesh. Gently wash the seeds and place them on a clean cloth. Wipe them dry and leave them to dry overnight in a warm room.

The next day, spread the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet. Put the seeds in the oven for 20 min (preheated to 180°C). They should have a nice golden color.

Allow cooling before tasting.
