Macaroni, Cheese and Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
 1 lb Very lean ground beef
 2 Cups mushrooms, sliced
 1 Cup each red and yellow peppers, chopped
 ½ Cup onions, chopped
 ½ Cup celery, chopped
 1 Can stewed tomatoes, undrained
 1 Can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
 2 Cups uncooked whole grain macaroni
 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 tbsp chili powder
 ¼ Cup strong cheddar cheese, grated
How To Prepare

Cook beef over medium-high heat in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Add mushrooms, peppers, onions, and celery. Cook and stir for 3 minutes.

Place the mixture in a shallow 2 L baking dish. Stir in all other ingredients except cheese.

Bake, covered, at 200°C (400°F) until pasta is tender - about 50 minutes.

Mix. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
