Coarsely mix the cake, and add the mascarpone. Add the powdered sugar and jam. Mix well.
Form balls and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. If the dough is too wet, add a spoonful of flour. If it is too dry, add jam.
Reserve the balls 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out the sugar dough with a rolling pin and cut squares of about 10 cm on each side. Place a square on each ball of cake smeared with jam, and let the folds form naturally.
