Cupcakes au chocolat Jack Skellington

 200 g Powdered sugar
 1 Egg white
 ½ Lemon
 Melted dark chocolate base for decoration
How To Prepare

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6).

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt them with the butter in the microwave, then add them to the mixture.

Add the flour, baking powder, and milk, mix until you get a homogeneous dough. Divide into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool.

In a bowl, vigorously mix the egg white with the powdered sugar. Add the lemon and whisk for another 10 seconds.

Once cooled, ice the cupcakes with a spatula. Let dry and then draw Jack Skellington's face with a tip and melted dark chocolate!
