Ingredients For 24 Pancakes
 250 g Flour
 ½ tsp Fine salt
 2 tbsp Oil
 250 ml Milk
 250 ml Watter
 3 tbsp Sugar

In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and salt for a few minutes.

Put the flour in a deep, flared bowl.

Pour in the milk and turn from the center to mix well without making lumps. When the mixture is smooth, whisk vigorously for a few minutes with a hand or electric whisk. Then add the eggs and mix well.

Then add oil and water, stirring slowly until the paste has the desired consistency. Leave the dough to rest for one hour.
