Chocolate Pumpkin Tiramisu for Halloween

Ingredients
 500 g Pumpkin
 125 g Mascarpone
 30 g Powdered sugar
 10 g Butter
 8 Chocolate cookies
 2 Egg whites
 2 tbsp Brown sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla powder
 Marshmallow and melted chocolate for decoration
How To Prepare

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into cubes. Steam them for 10 minutes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour in the pumpkin cubes. Add the vanilla and brown sugar and simmer over very low heat until you obtain a puree.

Mix the puree with the mascarpone and powdered sugar, whisk for a good 3 minutes.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them gently to the cream.
