Apple Cake

 2 Apples
 75 g Powdered sugar
 2 Eggs
 3 tbsp OiL
 175 g Wheat flour
 50 g Brown sugar
 1 Natural yogurt
 1 Baking powder
 A little bit of cinnamon.
How To Prepare

Preheat the oven to 150°C (th.5). Put the powdered sugar, eggs and yeast in a food processor and mix well. Then add a yoghurt, the sifted wheat flour with the baking powder and oil and mix again. Check that the mixture is homogeneous and free of lumps.


Peel and dice the first apple. Add it to the cake dough. Pour in a little alcohol of your choice or sprinkle with cinnamon.


Pour the dough into a cake tin previously buttered or lined with parchment paper. Peel the second apple and cut it into strips that you will place on top of the cake. It will bring a caramelized side to your apple cake and will also help to decorate your cake.


Bake your cake for 1 hour. Check with a knife that it is well cooked. If when you take out your knife, the preparation is not fully cooked, leave it in the oven for a few minutes. Before unmoulding, let it cool.
