6.70 fl oz Milk (vegetable if you prefer)
 4 pinches Grated nutmeg

 2 Kiwis ripe to perfection.
 1 Banana
 1 Walnut of fresh ginger
 3 Sprigs of coriander
 1 Yoghurt (animal or vegetable)

How To Make
1

Prepare the grapefruit smoothie. Peel the grapefruit raw and separate it into quarters that you put in the bowl of a blender, with the juice returned during this operation. Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces, and add them to the bowl with the milk and nutmeg. Blend more or less according to your taste and serve.

2

Prepare the kiwi smoothie. Peel the ginger, rinse the coriander, pat it dry and reserve only the leaves. Peel the kiwi and banana and cut them into pieces. Put them in the bowl of a blender with the yoghurt, pepper, coriander and ginger. Mix more or less according to your taste and serve.

3

Serve smoothies as is; if you like them chilled, mix in a few ice cubes at the same time - make sure your blender can handle crushing the ice. Or add a few ice cubes.
