Ingredients
 300 g Pumpkin puree
 100 g Flour
 2 Eggs
 1 pinch Salt
 5 g Butter for the frying pan
 200 g Maple syrup or sugar

How To Prepare

Cook the diced pumpkin in a saucepan, adding water as you go along to purée it.

Allow cooling. Mix the purée with the egg yolks, salt, and flour.

Gently add the snow-white. Like normal pancakes, they can be eaten with Nutella, jam, or simply sugar.
