Ingredients For Tow Glasses
 2 Handfuls of red berries (strawberries, raspberries, ripe blueberries etc.)
 1 Kiwi
 8 Unpeeled almonds
 2 tbsp Oat flakes
 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
 8.50 fl oz soy rice milk or skimmed cow's milk

How To Prepare

Peel the kiwi.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix to make a smoothie.
