Fillet of Beef in The Oven

Ingredients
 800 g Fillet of beef
 2 Cloves of garlic
 40 g butter
 Half bunch of parsley
 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tbsp Mustard
 1 Provence herbs
 Salt
 1 tsp Green pepper
 1 tsp Pepper c

How To Prepare

Preheat the oven th.7 (210 °C) for 10 min.

Soften the butter.

Peel the garlic and chop it.

Lavez le persil et ciselez-le.

Add these two ingredients to the butter and mix.

Then incorporate the herbs of Provence, the green and crushed peppers, the mustard, and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs.

Salez le filet et disposez-le dans un plat.

Sprinkle with olive oil and cook in the oven for 15 min.

At the end of this time, remove the cooking juices.

Let stand for 10 min and Remove the meat from the dish. Then, add 5 cl of water and remove the juices from the walls.

Homogenize it all and Reserve the sauce obtained.

Replace the roast in the dish and coat it with the perfumed butter before covering it with the rest of the breadcrumbs.

Bake for 5 minutes to brown it.
