 148 g All-purpose flour
 113 g Salted butter
 1 stick Vanilla
 57 g Crumb biscuit
 ½ Spoon of baking soda
 170 g Brown sugar
 Hazelnut in halves for decoration
 60 g Roasted hazelnuts
 ½ Spoon of cinnamon
 1 Egg
 

How To Prepare

Using the confectionery bag, distribute nutella in a tray and freeze until it becomes solid.

Combine biscuit crumbs with hazelnut crumbs, flour, baking soda and cinnamon, and set aside.

Beat the butter with the sugar until the mixture becomes soft, then add the egg and scrape the vanilla stick, then mix the materials well until they are homogeneous.

Mix the dry materials with butter until homogeneous.

Scoop the biscuit dough to be the size of 8 equal balls.
